Refund policy

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Clearance or sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Receipts are needed for a return

Opened tights and undergarments for hygiene reasons.

Custom or special-order items.

Gift cards.

Refunds will be processes within 3-10 business days

If original card used is not available, store credit will be given

Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition or missing parts, provided the issue is not due to our error.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Items eligible for return can also be exchanged for a different size, color, or product of equal value.
